Palm Springs Tramway hike

i got to go on my first hike today and i got to ride in my new carrier. we hiked for lots of miles uphill and through the snow to the top of the mountain. i think we might have been lost on the way down but i'm not sure since i don't know how to read a map. anyway, we followed a neat creek down and got back with no problems. too bad we didn't get to park in the jackrabbit lot since it was closed.
