we've gone through mountain passes that are over 11,000' high. some of
the mountain peaks you see behind me are higher than 14,000' high. we
are on top of the world! super cool!

My grandmother and her twin sister were born in Leadville, Colorado in 1896. Their father was a miner. Isn't it an interesting place?
My sister and I explored there a few years ago and had a blast, no mining pun intended.
We're from the Jersy Shore, but we loved Colorado. There were lots of liquor stores. :)
