Evergreen pear tree

Went to work with Anne today to help her with the Waste Management
Biggest Loser. We both noticed the very beautiful tree between the
buildings. We were told they are called Evergreen Pear Trees. They
remind us of snowy trees in Wisconsin.

Nikon D90!

Here I am in our kitchen, sitting on joe's new camera! It is a nikon
D90, attached to a neat gorillapod. Joe has been studying very hard
and knows how to use all the features now. We plan to take all kinds
of pictures to document our property as we build our home! I like this
camera and appreciate Joe for learning how to use it! Maybe someday we
will take astronomy pictures with it...

Go America!

Here I am going down the I-215 freeway near Perris, CA. Anne & Joe
are heading out for a run in Santa Rosa Plateau Reserve. On the way,
we came upon a military convoy. As we passed this group of soldiers.
We waived and gave them a "thumbs-up" and they waived back! We really
appreciate our soldiers!
