Cardiff State Beach

Here I am at Cardiff State Beach. Anne and Alan just took Astro and
Orion for a two mile walk! I did some fine beach observation while
they walked...it is over 75 degrees at the beach today - crazy!

High Sierra

Here we are heading home from Mammoth now. Today, Joe got up early and
spent the day taking pictures, while Anne and Alan went snowboarding.
Another very warm day. It was a little cloudy in the morning and after
noon, it was totally sunny! We just passed through Bishop and Anne
snapped this shot once the sun went behind the mountains. There is so
much snow! Hard to tell where the snow ends at the top of the mountain
and the sky (with high white clouds) begins. What a nice weekend!
Can't wait to see what kind of pictures Joe got today!

Toasty Fire

Here I am in our condo again. It was very cold in here, so we decided
to make a fire. Made it super toasty and homey. I'm glad Joe and Anne
will be putting in a pellet stove with a cool modern look in the new
house. I like fireplaces.

Timber Ridge

Here I am in our condo for the weekend at Timber Ridge. There is a
very wonderful view down into the forest and canyon lodge way down the
hill. I really like this place!

101 Great Escapes

Here I am in mammoth a little after midnight. Anne, Joe, and Alan
(Anne's brother) are here to go snowboarding for the next three days.
We are picking up the keys for our condo at 101 Great Escapes. Glad we
got here ok. Hope Anne feels better today!

Jack Russell Terrier Fun Day!

Here I am in Valley Center, CA at the Southern California Jack Russell
Terrier Club's fun day! Not the best picture, but the only one I have,
so I'm blogging it. Behind me is Joe, Astro, and Orion on a fenced
portion of the park where the doggies can run around off leash. You
can see other people and doggies are in there, too.

Astro ran at least ten races and started to get used to the muzzle and
running down the course after the third race. Orion only did four
races and each time just came out of the gate and tried to take his
muzzle off.

After the doggie fun, went to the beach and Anne and Joe did a fun
trail run. Then we went to Bobalicious. Then we listened to the end of
the Packer game in which they beat the Eagles...what an awesome day!
Now to scratch off the 'year of the rabbit' lottery ticket we have. I
love adventures with the whole family!
